      The investment of developing real estate of our province continued keeping the fast growth situation , the investment of the development of real estate in the whole province was 4,417 million yuan according to the survey in January and February, up 32.7% compared with the same period of last year, among them housing investment was 2,808 million yuan, up by 15.1% compared with the same period of last year; the area which had been sold was 1,589,400 square meters, up 43% compared with the same period of last year, of which the area of the house was 1,387,600 square meters, up 35.7% compared with the same period of last year; Sales amount was 3,453 million yuan, up 122.3% compared with the same period of last year, of which the sales amount of the house was 2,732 million yuan, up 111.9% compared with the same period of last year.
